| Ms. Adalat’s career in business and finance has spanned 10 years. As an Afghani woman raised in the United States, she excelled in both her high school and college education and has achieved professional licensing in both the medical and real estate professions. Ms Adalat’s most recent position was as CEO of the Fremont California Home Advantage where she was a California licensed Realtor specializing in commercial real estate investments in the Fremont, CA area. She has attended numerous continuing education business and finance courses and industry related seminars and her current interests involve international finance, and supply chain management, in support of the UN’s Afghan Compact initiative. Nadia is known for her invention of the 4-digit Procurement Rating Scale (PRS] discussed in the operations section above. |
