| Step 1 - Free Consultation |

| Step 2 – After Your Free Consultation |
After your free consultation, in most cases, you will only need to provide the following:
1. If you are working you will need 2 pay stubs.
2. Hardship letter, which is an explanation of your personal and financial situation. (PAG will assist with this.)
3. Most recent mortgage statement.
4. Complete the income and expense form (provided by PAG) to the best of your ability.
We will then review and analyze your information in order to compile a negotiation package to submit to your lender. We will fully analyze your case before we begin negotiations. |
| Step 3 – Negotiations |
| Our team will submit your financial package to your lenders and begin negotiations. We will continue negotiations until an acceptable agreement has been received and approved by you the homeowner. |
| STEP 4 - Approval |
When your request is approved, final modification documentation will be sent to you for your approval.
